Join us for a 3-4 mile hike along the river at Shevlin Park. This path is wooded, with no significant incline, and some rocks and roots on the trail.
There will be several hiking poles available to try during the hike. We will begin with a warm up routine to promote flexibility and strengthening. Please wear layers and bring plenty of water. This hike is somewhat wheelchair accessible - it is wide, but the path may have sticks, rocks and other small obstacles. Friendly dogs welcome!
