The Redmond PEAK exercise program will be offered again this fall as a 6-week program! Our goals with this exercise class are to provide a safe and supportive place to push ourselves to work and play hard.

The program will begin on 9/14/26 and end on 10/21/26. It will occur every Monday and Wednesday from 10:00am - 11:00am at local community parks in Redmond.
