Destination Rehab will be offering an 8-week Rock Climbing for Parkinson’s program in Bend this spring, supported by a community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation.

This program focuses on cardiovascular and strength training while also providing participants with the additional knowledge of the climbing techniques and skills needed to climb independently. At this time, this program is specific to those will Parkinson’s Disease.

The program will begin on 3/31/26 and end on 5/19/2026. It will occur every Tuesday from 1:30pm - 4:00pm at the Bend Rock Gym.
