Destination Rehab will be offering an 8-week Rock Climbing for Parkinson’s program in Bend this Fall, supported by a community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation.

This program focuses on cardiovascular and strength training while also providing participants with the additional knowledge of the climbing techniques and skills needed to climb independently. At this time, this program is specific to those will Parkinson’s Disease.

The program will begin on 10/16/25 and end on 12/11/25, we will skip the week of 11/20/25 for Thanksgiving. It will occur every Thursday from 1:00pm - 2:15pm at the Bend Rock Gym.
