Who: You! Adults with neurologic diagnoses who want to develop a personalized exercise plan and have accountability to follow through with regular exercise.
What: Weekly outdoor exercise group (indoors in winter), equipment provided, and lots of peer support!
Cost: Bend: $85/month
Location: Bend-Redmond area
