When: September 16, 2017 - 10am-5pm

Where: the Bend Pavilion, 1001 SW Bradbury Dr, Bend, OR 97702  (transportation available from Portland, and our team is seeking transportation options for Central and Eastern Oregon)

Cost: $25 per person, all-inclusive package: all-day activities, local transportation, catered lunch, Free 21oz hydroflask water bottle and one family member joins for free

Who: Open to Oregonians 16+ with a disability or chronic medical condition. (examples include: Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputee, chronic pain, cancer, etc)

Family & Caregivers: One adult is welcome with each paid registration. Additional adults are $10, please contact us for details.
