We are offer our PEAK program in Bend and Redmond!
Join our fitness and education program, created for those who want to be more fit and active so they can enjoy activities in the great outdoors! This program is for adults with neurologic conditions so you can exercise with others who understand the unique challenges of having a neuro diagnosis.

Who:
You! Adults with neurologic diagnoses who want to develop a personalized exercise plan and have accountability to follow through with regular exercise.
What:
Weekly outdoor exercise group (indoors in winter), equipment provided, and lots of peer support!
When:
Bend: Ongoing T/TH from 9am-10am;
Redmond: Find upcoming sessions below
Cost:
Bend: $85/month or $20 drop-in fee
Redmond: Duration dependent. See upcoming classes below.
