The Bend PEAK Fitness program will be offered this summer as a 6-week program!

Bend PEAK Fitness provides dynamic group exercise classes for adults with neurologic conditions that build strength, endurance, and confidence. Participants train alongside others who understand the challenges of living with a neuro diagnosis.

The program start date TBD. We will start as early as Tuesday July 29th or Tuesday September 5th.

Classes are twice a week on:

Tuesdays at Discovery Park at 10:00am - 11:00am

Thursdays at Rockridge Park at 10:00am - 11:00am
